Final Candidate Review is a sales candidate assessment for Ontario companies. We look at your sales candidates far more closely than a normal interview can, and tell you plainly who to hire.
Led by Ashley Wesley (MA, CHRL, CIM), based in Guelph, Ontario.
Sound familiar?
Your team posted the sales job. Somebody searched LinkedIn. The applications came in, the interviews happened, and now there are three candidates on your desk.
You like one of them. They interviewed well. They said all the right things. Of course they did. Selling is the job, and for that hour, the thing they were selling was themselves.
But you've been here before. You've hired the one who interviewed well and spent the next six months finding out who they really were. And this hire matters. This person is going to carry your number, or lead the people who do, and getting it wrong will cost you a lot more than their salary.
So you're hesitating before you make the offer. That's the right instinct.
This is where we come in
Finding candidates has never been easier. AI and LinkedIn will fill your inbox by Friday. Knowing which one to hire is still hard, and it's still on you.
We help you make that call with real evidence instead of a good feeling. We look at your candidates far more closely than a normal interview ever could, then tell you plainly what we found.
We can't guarantee any hire will work out. Nobody honestly can. What we can tell you is that we'll help you make a better decision. And if you don't think we helped, you don't pay us anything.
The Certainty Interview
Three hours with each candidate. Four ways of looking at the same person.
How they think
When they don't know the right answer.
What they've really done
Not just what they say they've done.
How they'll fit
With you, your managers and your team.
What others say
From the people who've worked with them.
One method can be fooled. A great talker can win an interview. A smart test-taker can win a test. Four views pointing the same way are much harder to fake.
Our process follows the best of hiring science, then adds our own approach to interviewing. We don't publish exactly how it works. It works best when candidates can't rehearse for it, and we think it will surprise you too.
We also know good candidates don't wait. We can schedule and complete the assessment in as little as 24 hours.

Who it's for
Ontario companies with roughly 25 to 750 employees, hiring for a sales role they can't afford to get wrong:
Sales reps, account managers and business developers who'll carry a real number.
The people who coach, hire and run the team day to day.
Directors and VPs of Sales who set the direction.
A decision you can explain and stand behind
Every judgment rests on behaviour and evidence, measured against your own people. No gut feel, and no vague "culture fit." Every step is documented against job-related criteria, consistent with the Ontario Human Rights Code. Whether you make the offer or walk away, you'll know why, and you'll have it in writing.
How you pay, and our handshake guarantee
Certainty Check: one flat fee, set by the level of the role.
Final Candidate Review and Full Hire: a share of the role's first-year pay, paid in two parts:
- 25% to get started. That covers the work up front: the profile, the benchmarking and the Certainty Interviews.
- 75% three months after your hire starts, and only if they're still in the role and performing. If the hire doesn't work out, you don't pay it.
If you don't think the report and the process helped you make a better decision, tell us within 14 days of your debrief and you don't pay. No dispute, no argument.
We're paid in full only when your hire works out. We only win when you do.
Why not just use a cheaper test?
Nobody wants to waste money on a hire. That's the whole point.
A cheap online test tells you something about a candidate. It won't tell you whether they'll sell to your customers, under your manager, alongside your team.
So don't compare us to the price of a test. Compare us to what your last wrong sales hire cost you: the salary, the lost deals and the months of starting over.
Frequently asked questions
Which option is right for me?
If you've already picked someone and want to be sure, start with the Certainty Check. If you're choosing between finalists, Final Candidate Review is what most owners need. If you don't have strong candidates yet, Full Hire takes it from the start.
What is the Certainty Interview?
Three hours with each candidate, built on proven hiring methods and our own approach to interviewing. It looks at how they think, what they've really done, how they'll fit your team, and what the people who've worked with them say. When all four point the same way, you can hire with confidence. When they don't, you find out before the offer. We walk you through exactly how it works when we work together. We just don't publish it.
Can you guarantee the hire will work out?
No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. People are people. What we guarantee is that we'll help you make a better decision, and if you don't think we did, you don't pay.
Can you review more than one candidate?
Yes. Final Candidate Review covers up to three finalists, compared side by side, so you're weighing real evidence instead of impressions.
What if we don't have candidates yet?
That's what Full Hire is for. We run the search for you, start to finish, so every candidate who reaches you has been through the same criteria. We hold an Ontario recruiter licence.
What if none of the finalists is right?
Then you've learned it before the offer, and the report explains exactly why. If you need to go back to market, we'll price that work with you based on what's needed.
Do my own employees need to do anything?
For Final Candidate Review and Full Hire, yes, a little. A few of your best people complete the same assessments as your finalists. That's what lets us compare candidates with your real team instead of a generic norm.
Is this legally defensible in Ontario?
Every step is documented against job-related, behaviourally anchored criteria, consistent with the Ontario Human Rights Code, and background checks are done only with the candidate's written consent. This is general HR information, not legal advice. For a specific situation, confirm with employment counsel.
How long does it take?
We know good candidates don't wait. Once we've met with you and built the profile, we can schedule and complete the assessment in as little as 24 hours.
You don't need another candidate. You need to know you've picked the right one.
